Kartik is an engineer-entrepreneur in areas of test & measurement, RF signal analysis, direction finding, optical fiber networks, lawful interception and cyber-security since 1993. After his masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri, USA in 1987, he began his start-up initially to develop and manufacture electronic factory automation equipment, and subsequently to provide telecommunications instruments and tools for testing, monitoring and security. Kartik leads FASTECH by advising the team on strategy, technical and market direction, as well as partner relations.

Kartik is a fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) since 1992 taking a keen interest in furthering industry-academy relations.
