How to Upgrade VeEX MTT Plus 410+ OTDR Platform & Module Software | Step-by-Step Tutorial

Requirements:
Laptop/PC
Pen Drive (Minimum 8GB, formatted to FAT32)

IMPORTANT:
Before proceeding, back up all OTDR data. All saved results will be erased during the upgrade. DO NOT disconnect the MTT 410+ module while the device is powered on. Always power OFF the tester before removing the module. Ensure the AC adapter is connected before starting the upgrade.

PLATFORM UPGRADE (v03.00.0011):

Format the pen drive & copy the file (must be named: mttplus-veex-arm.tar).

Power off the OTDR, remove the module, connect the pen drive & power supply.

Press Camera + Power ON button simultaneously until a beep is heard.

Wait 10–15 mins for auto upgrade & shutdown.

MODULE UPGRADE (v03.04.0002):

Format the pen drive & copy the file (must be named: mttplus-otdr.tar).

Reconnect the module, power ON the OTDR.

Go to Utilities → M Upgrade → Select checkbox → Click Upgrade.

After completion, check version under: Utilities → Settings → About.
